ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Maryland, after graduating high school I was excited to move to the amazing city of Pittsburgh where I had the opportunity to attend Point Park University. While there, I studied multimedia communications, as well as interned at numerous amazing organizations including the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and Fourth Economy Consulting. Shortly after graduating, I made my way back to the DMV. I worked at both American University and the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO). Then, I made one final move back to Pittsburgh (I promise, I'm here to stay this time). I started a job as the Advancement Communications Coordinator at Duquesne University in 2018. I stayed at the university for three years, and during my time there was promoted to the Assistant Director of Advancement Communications. In 2022, I took some time away from my full-time job to focus on my family and my freelance career. I live in the South Hills with my husband, two kids, Jack and Noah, and two adorable dogs, Scout and Ellie. My passions include online marketing, graphic design, website development, social media, and more!
